In network provider with:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare (HNFS), United (Optum)​, and  UMR. 


I do not provide EAP sessions, but may take your regular insurance coverage.  Also, I am not a Medicare provider and am not an AHCCCS provider.

How to work with insurance companies:

 If you have questions about your coverage, call the number on the back of your medical card.  Learn about your policy:    Is there a deductible? What is the copay?
